This cheese gets its name from the famous dish made from cheese, lardons, cream and potatoes : la tartiflette.

The cheesemaker created his Tartiflette with the perfect taste, texture and shape to achieve the best tartiflette every time.

This soft paste, mixed rind cheese is made from thermalized cow milk. Its yeasty notes give way to a rich bouquet of vegetal aromas when cooked.

Can also be served on a cheese plate.
