Étiquette - Diable aux Vaches

Diable aux Vaches is a washed rind, semi-soft cheese. Its aromas are mainly herbal and lactic and the cheese strikes with it's bright orange rind. The name “Diable aux Vaches” was chosen in honour of the “Montagne du Diable” (Devil’s Mountain) in the Upper-Laurentians, the area where this cheese was originally made.
