Le Cousin is a farmstead cheese made from Brown Swiss cow whole milk. Its soft paste is covered with a beautiful orange coloured rind that brings mild notes of cream and butter.

The illustration on the label, showing cousins gathering; is an excerpt of a painting created by uncle Benoît. It enlightens the importance of the extended  family and the pleasure associated with it.
