This farmstead goat cheese can be recognized by its beautiful pyramid shape and its natural wrinkly looking rind. The texture is soft, creamy to velvety and melts in the mouth. Its wonderful taste develops into an explosive finale. 

Note: Tiny spots of blue mould can be found on the natural rind of this cheese. They appear naturally on the surface since this cheese is handcrafted and is neither washed nor brushed and contains no anti-mould ingredients that could alter its wonderful taste. Don't rely on appearances. Dare to taste the Sabot de Blanchette!
